Our Service
Tap Fix Guru is not a contractor and does not perform repair, installation, or maintenance work. We accept service requests from customers in Ontario and forward them to independent third-party service providers (“Providers”).
We accept requests for:

- Plumbing services
- Appliance repair and installation
- Glass repair and installation
- Property maintenance and general repairs
Providers are separate businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Tap Fix Guru.
Website Use

Service Requests

Tap Fix Guru does not inspect, supervise, or guarantee the work of any Provider. Before work begins, we encourage you to ask the Provider about its licensing, insurance, price, and warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct contact and service details
- Ensuring safe access to the work area
- Telling the Provider about any special conditions before work begins
- Being available at the time agreed with the Provider
- Paying the Provider the agreed charges
Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, contact the Provider directly, or contact us and we will pass on your message. The Provider’s own cancellation terms may apply.
Limits of Our Service
Some jobs may require specialized licenses, permits, or inspections. If we cannot find a suitable Provider for your request, we will let you know.
